The town of St Ives is just a 1 mile walk and has plenty of independent shops and eateries, as well as a lovely harbour and a great art scene. For keen walkers, the South West Coast Path can be accessed via the communal garden and you can explore the rugged coastline with commanding views. After taking the lift or stairs down to the lower ground floor, drop off bags, coats and boots in the entrance hall and make yourself at home.
