Overlooking the river in the picture postcard Cornish fishing town of Looe, this cottage is only a short walk to the main sandy beach. Stroll down and sample the wonderful array of cafes, pubs and restaurants, or pick up a souvenir in one of the local gift shops. Enjoy one of the many boat trips which include, fishing expeditions and leisurely glass bottom boat rides out to the glorious nature reserve on Looe Island. If you are looking for a day out, why not visit Adrenalin Quarry only 7 miles away, with its go karting and zip wires, or visit the famous Eden Project where you are sure to find something for the whole family (20 miles). The coastal path offers some fabulous dog walks where there are many beautiful stretches of beach for you to enjoy. The property is situated just off the road, set back and up some steps. It is on the ground floor and is accessed via a main communal entrance hallway. Once inside the apartment, you are immediately drawn to the large French doors which offer a stunning view over the river and bustling town below. The lounge has plenty of comfy seating with a Smart TV with Freeview/Netflix and Prime, so you can look forward to watching your favourite programmes or simply enjoying the view. The dining table is positioned in front of the big bay window and is great for sitting down to enjoy a meal. Off the lounge is the well equipped kitchen with an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer, the perfect place to enjoy the views whilst putting together a good packed lunch before setting off for the day. Also off the lounge is the master bedroom complete with a king size bed, Smart TV and lovely French doors opening out onto a small courtyard area. Moving back through the lounge and out to the back of the apartment is the second bedroom with zip and link twin beds (which can be made up as a super king size bed on request) and a Smart TV. The bathroom is next door with a shower over the bath and WC. Heading outside, there is an enclosed terrace area with garden furniture and wonderful views of the harbour, a great spot for sitting in the sun with a cold drink. The rear courtyard is also enclosed. There is parking available in the main town car park directly across the road from the apartment (subject to availability).
