Filey is a traditional English seaside resort with a friendly atmosphere, offering a restful holiday, making it an ideal place to stay for walkers and wildlife watchers at any time of the year. A real gem on the Yorkshire coast. The promenade running along the seafront features a series of artworks inspired by the local natural heritage. For the real thing though, head to Filey Brigg which is a good spot for birdwatching and marks the start of the Cleveland Way coastal walk. This small town is family orientated, with crazy golf and candy floss. Also in Filey there is the Filey Dams Nature Reserve, a wetland reserve where common and rare waders and wildfowl can be seen as well as autumn gatherings of swallows, sand martins and house martins. A modern two bedroom property arranged over two floors offering all your home comforts and just a hop and a skip to the beach. The property has its own private entrance, step into a lovely kitchen that has views over the garden at the back. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas hob and electric oven, washing machine, fridge with icebox, dishwasher and microwave, a table top freezer can be found in the under stair cupboard. Prepare a picnic and head out to the beach or return for a lovely lunch. Open the doors to the lounge/diner which has a table positioned at the window enjoying the beautiful vista outside of the sand and sea, perfect for a romantic meal! After dinner, sit back and relax on the sofa and watch a film on the Smart TV. When it's time for bed get a good nights rest, on the ground floor there is a king size bedroom with lots of space for storage, and upstairs you will find a twin bedroom. Start your day refreshed in the bathroom with a shower or enjoy a soak in the bath after a long day exploring. There is also a separate WC. There is off road parking for one car
