Directly outside the property is the South West Coast Path, which offers spectacular walking in either direction. There is also Maer Lake wetland bird sanctuary and nature reserve offering some lovely scenery within a 500 metre stroll. With the town being conveniently located off the A39, this is a great spot for touring both Devon and Cornwall and days out could include visits to The Eden Project (40 miles), the delightful fishing villages of Clovelly (17 miles), Boscastle (15.5 miles), Port Isaac (26.5 miles), Rock (31.5 miles) and Padstow (36.5 miles). This top floor apartment has a fully equipped kitchen offering gas hob and electric oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and washing machine. This airy space is perfect for cooking up a hearty meal. Next door is a WC and separate shower room with basin. Continue up a couple of stairs to a light and bright landing area with Velux windows and a space to dine, a lovely spot to have breakfast or a morning coffee.
