There are many historic sites, castles, museums and events to be enjoyed. Being close to southern Snowdonia you can enjoy a plethora of footpaths and cycle routes, superb fishing, varied activities and events alongside the breathtaking scenery. There is something for everyone here all year round. Approach this stylish Georgian property via a few steps to the outer porch, upon entering you will notice the period features in the lounge which has high ceilings and is flooded with natural light. Relax on the comfortable sofa and armchair, perfectly positioned by the feature window, and admire the stunning seascape views, the binoculars are on hand for bird watching. Select a book to read, watch the Sky TV (basic package) or play games on the dining table. Just be prepared to get distracted by the views! Walk through to the spacious kitchen, and if you decide to eat in you will find all the equipment you need to prepare a delicious meal including an electric range oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and washing machine. There is a bathroom with shower over bath and WC, where you can relax in a bubble bath after a day exploring. There are two bedrooms, a large king size room with fabulous views over the estuary and a spacious twin with en suite shower room and WC. There s plenty of space for everyone to get together and enjoy this lovely location. To the front of the property embrace the views from the bench or take a short walk up the steep hill to a shared garden and enjoy a picnic with views over the estuary and Cadair Idris mountain range. There is private parking for one car at the front of the property and one to the rear a visitor/residents permit is provided by the owner for this space, please display on your vehicle at all times. Further parking is available in the town car parks, a short walk away.
