The space
This aesthetic and homely apartment is positioned in quite possibly the best location in the city! The property can be accessed from the street via a two-step entrance from the pavement into the communal lobby area with lift access or stairs all the way up to the third floor.
Despite its history, the building is newly renovated and the apartment provides guests with a modern, homely and exceptionally spacious accommodation, with views that span across Bath and capture some of its historical architecture.
Located on the third floor of Arlington House; this 2 bedroom (both with ensuite bathrooms) property is the perfect stay for a small family city break or romantic get away. Once you pass the bedrooms, the hall way takes you to the open planned living/kitchen area equipped with all the essentials you will need for your stay: toaster, kettle, microwave, oven, hob and more….
Fresh linen and towels will be supplied for your stay.
There are various parking options for your stay: we recommend parking in Southgate car park, Manvers Street car park or Avon Street car park. All located approximately within a 5 minute walk from the stay.
Guest access
Guest will have access to the whole apartment.
Access to the main entrance will be granted via a key code and a lock box will be provided on the entrance to the property for access into your stay. All property and direction details will be sent to you before your stay along with top recommendations for your stay.
