Additionally, the Quay, known for its activities, is merely a minute's stroll from the apartment.

The apartment boasts a spacious and light open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area, enhanced by corner aspect windows that provide a pleasant view of the town. The family bathroom is well-equipped with a bath that includes a shower over it, a separate walk-in shower, a sink, and a toilet.
