The modern and airy living space features a spacious living/dining room equipped with a dining table, chairs, a sofa bed, and a TV with a SKY HD box (note: guests must bring their own Sky card). For entertainment, there is a selection of games and puzzles available, along with free unlimited Wi-Fi. The kitchen is well-appointed with essential appliances including an oven, hob, microwave, and fridge, complemented by ample storage and cooking utensils. Although there is no washing machine, a launderette is conveniently located in the village.

The layout of the annex includes a small hall that connects the living area to a shower room, which features a courtesy sink and WC. A cozy double bedroom provides guests with a dressing table and stool, while linen and towels are supplied.
