Both bedrooms have blackout blinds, hotel-quality linens for a comfortable rest, and vintage styling. The first room is a double bed with garden-facing windows. The second room has a queen bed a spacious wardrobe.
The bathroom is fitted with a backlit vanity mirror and a bath for you to soak, along with a dedicated wc featuring a vintage toilet. Fresh towels and toiletries are provided for your stay.

## Notes
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
The key pick up/drop off point for check in/out is located 20 minutes walking from the property. Details will be provided prior to your check in so you can plan appropriately. Please note we will not provide any compensation for this.
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
