With a dedicated workspace, fully-equipped kitchen and central location it’s ideal for business travellers – but just as cosy for a holidaying couple too. You couldn’t be more centrally located if you tried! Maidstone East railway station is less than a two minute walk away, and the shops, restaurants, parks and bars of central Maidstone are - quite literally - on your doorstep. It’s self-check-in, and you’ll enter the flat using a lockbox, so you can arrive at a time that suits you.

Once you’re through the main door, head to the flat using the lift. Once inside, you’ll find a light, bright one-bedroom flat with a modern bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, and spacious living and dining area.

The kitchen has everything you need, such as appliances, a coffee machine, utensils and spices, to make proper home meals – not just pasta! The bedroom has plenty of storage, and the double-bed is lovely and soft with fresh, hotel-quality linens. We also provide fresh towels and toiletries. Professionally cleaned and managed, so everything is totally hassle-free for you.



I want to make sure you have a pleasant, hassle-free stay! To ensure you have the best experience possible and to maintain the property and the good relationship with the community, here are additional house rules:

• Lost keys or forgotten keys incur a replacement fee; the minimum charge is £150

• Any type of illegal activity is strictly prohibited

• Unauthorized early check-in and late check-out charge is £250 plus the equivalent amount of the night(s) impacted

• A refundable security deposit of £500 will be pre-authorized and this will be refunded after check-out. Alternatively, you may opt to pay a non-refundable £35 damage waiver fee in lieu of the security deposit. This is via the verification platform SuperHog.

This apartment is located in Maidstone. Vinters Valley Nature Reserve and Oare Marshes Nature Reserve reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Kent Life and Stoneacre. Buckmore Park Karting and The Vines Park are also worth visiting.
