As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a stylish and modern space designed to make you feel right at home. On the left you will find a newly refurbished open plan kitchen/living area with comfortable sofa and Smart TV. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals including a kettle, microwave, hob, toaster and fridge. There is also a washing machine and dryer to use at your convenience. On this floor there is a shower room.

Upstairs is recently decorated cosy bedroom with comfortable double bed.

There is free on street parking outside the property and surrounding areas.
