Located on a quiet residential road just a short walk from central Croydon, which has fast and regular trains into central London. Basement flat of a terraced property – nice and peaceful.

You’ll enter the property using a lockbox and keys, which makes check-in and check-out really easy. Once inside, the entrance hall opens up into the semi open-plan living and kitchen areas. There’s plenty of space to relax in, or socialise with friends. The kitchen has been equipped with spices, a coffee maker, and all the proper utensils and appliances you need to make proper home meals.

The bedroom is at the back, and has a soft double-bed as well as storage. During our professional cleans, we’ll make the bed up with hotel-quality, white linens. We also provide fresh towels and toiletries too. Enjoy!

• Lost keys or forgotten keys incur a replacement fee; the minimum charge is £150

• Any type of illegal activity is strictly prohibited

• Unauthorized early check-in and late check-out charge is £250 plus the equivalent amount of the night(s) impacted

• A refundable security deposit of £500 will be pre-authorized and this will be refunded after check-out. Alternatively, you may opt to pay a non-refundable £35 damage waiver fee in lieu of the security deposit. This is via the verification platform SuperHog.
