Guests enter through a spacious conservatory that serves as both a dining area and a relaxation space. The well-equipped kitchen connects to a uniquely designed dining room with windows at varying heights, enhancing the overall ambiance. Additional amenities include a washing machine/dryer located in the conservatory and a cozy L-shaped living room complete with an entertainment center.

Upstairs, the large L-shaped bedroom boasts a versatile 6ft zip-linked bed, which can be configured as two single beds, alongside a sofa bed and another TV/DVD. The bathroom is a highlight, featuring a luxurious 'rain head' shower and a corner bath, providing a spa-like experience. Outside, guests can enjoy mature gardens, a dedicated patio with garden furniture and a barbecue, and a small walled lawn, all nestled in a serene green space. The grounds also include orchards and a vegetable garden, allowing guests to explore while being mindful of the family’s use of certain areas. Since 2005, 'Tudor Lee' has welcomed visitors, many of whom have returned as friends.

Situated just a mile and a half from Yarmouth, the property is conveniently located near the town's amenities, including Wightlink Ferries that connect to Lymington. Yarmouth is a historic town known for its picturesque harbor, safeguarded by the iconic Yarmouth Castle, built by Henry VIII in 1547.
