This venue exudes an old-world allure thanks to its location in historic Chatham, yet it also provides all the amenities of the present day.
Visit us and stay in our modern and tastefully decorated flat, which is situated in the heart of Medway, England. This home provides all you need for a comfortable stay; it is bright, stylish, and close to places like Spotlites - Kings Theatre and HMS Ocelot.
There is a compact kitchen with all of the essential amenities, such as a stovetop or oven, a microwave, a refrigerator, and a coffee maker. While there is sufficient seating for four people at the dining table, there is also plenty of sitting available in the living area for everyone else. After a long day of touring Medway's historic landmarks, you'll be glad that the bathroom has a bathtub where you can unwind and take it easy.

• Lost keys or forgotten keys incur a replacement fee; the minimum charge is £150
• Any type of illegal activity is strictly prohibited
• Unauthorized early check-in and late check-out charge is £250 plus the equivalent amount of the night(s) impacted
• Unauthorized guest/s or visitor/s are not allowed.
• 50% additional cleaning fee may be collected for stays longer than 14 days.
• Please follow my rubbish or recycling instructions
• A refundable security deposit of £500 will be pre-authorized and this will be refunded after check-out. Alternatively, you may opt to pay a non-refundable £35 damage waiver fee in lieu of the security deposit. This is via the verification platform SuperHog.

This apartment is located in Chatham. Historic Dockyard Chatham and Central Theatre are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Great Lines Heritage Park and Fort Amherst. The Vines Park and The Strand Leisure Park are also worth visiting.
