Also nearby is National Trust Cotehele, a much loved Tudor house and estate, as well as the market town of Tavistock, where there is a wide selection of pubs, shops and restaurants, as well as leisure facilities including a swimming pool and a cinema. The property adjoins the Owners Georgian Country Home and approached via 3 steps, once inside the accommodation is all on one level. The accommodation comprises of one double bedroom with an en suite shower room and WC, and an open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. To your left is the double bedroom with vaulted ceiling, exposed beams, wall mounted TV and the en suite. The lounge/kitchen/diner is open plan and also has a vaulted ceiling and exposed beams, this room is perfect for an evening s relaxation in front of the wood burner whilst watching a good film on the TV, which is a 43" Smart TV. The kitchen area is well equipped and features a breakfast bar, double oven with hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and a washing machine. Outside, there is an enclosed patio to the side of the property complete with garden furniture and a BBQ. Try your culinary skills using the wood fired pizza oven.There is also a large shared exercise area for pets onsite, while another pet friendly feature is the hot and cold outdoor dog shower.
