Other well known attractions within a short drive include Tintagel, Boscastle, Newquay Zoo, Clovelly and more. Bude is close by, offering shops, pubs, a historical canal and sea lock, golf course, Splash Leisure Pool and tearooms. The popular 13th century Bush Inn, village shop and local riding stables are less than a mile away. Located within a wing of the owner s farmhouse, this compact holiday home is largely open plan. The well proportioned lounge/kitchen/diner s focal point is a cosy wood burner. With the first basket of logs included, you ll be able to warm up instantly, with additional logs available to purchase on an honesty box basis. The lounge area also has ample, comfy seating with a TV/DVD. The kitchen area has an electric hob and oven, a microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a washing machine. Upstairs, the bedroom contains a super king size bed as well as an en suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Outside there is a private patio with garden furniture, a BBQ, a chiminea and a summer house, perfect for relaxing in and enjoying the surrounding views. Up to 3 dogs are welcome and they have sole use of the 1 acre paddock with sea views, accessed from the patio via steps and a gate, making it perfect for letting them have a run around.
