You will be able to walk into the local village of Braunton with your four legged friend or cycle down to the Tarka Trail which has 180 miles of cycling or walking routes. Within 8 miles, you will be spoilt for choice with the stunning beaches which include the award winning beach of Woolacombe with its 3 miles of sandy beach, and you also have Croyde which is renowned to be the mecca for surfing. Closer still is the stunning Saunton Sands which is very popular with surfers and anyone that enjoys relaxing in the sand dunes. Looking a bit further, but still only 15 miles away, is Exmoor National Park with its moorland and woodland walks and the beautiful Lynton and Lynmouth, known as Little Switzerland. As you enter this stylish studio apartment, you will leave your muddy boots or sandy shoes in the porch. Heading into the fully equipped kitchen/diner, you will be able to cook up a lovely breakfast to start a fun filled day, with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine and a tumble dryer. Walk into the cosy lounge and sit on the beautiful, sumptuous sofa and relax in front of the Smart TV and watch your favourite movies. The bedroom is separated by a stylish room divider with a king size bed overlooking the landscaped garden. A lovely walk in shower with a WC is next to this room. Heading outside into the beautiful garden, with views across the countryside, you can sit on the patio furniture and dine alfresco after cooking on the gas BBQ on those beautiful warm evenings, enjoying the peace and tranquillity. Or, you can sit and relax in the super stylish Rex Nordic Finnish hot tub, with lighting for evening ambience, whilst watching the sunset and planning your next day's adventures. There is bike/surfboard storage and private parking to the front of the property for one car. For your four legged friends there is the added benefit of an outside heated kennel, so if you wish to visit an attraction or pub that doesn't allow dogs you are welcome to leave them in the kennel. There is also a dog grooming studio on site if your pup would like to be pampered after a day at the beach!
