The apartment is thoughtfully designed for comfort, featuring a king-size bed (5’) with all necessary bed linen and towels provided, although guests are advised to bring their own beach towels. The property is situated on the second floor, accessible via stairs, and is part of a small complex of three apartments. While there is no garden, the apartment's location allows easy access to nearby attractions, with the nearest beach just one mile away and the coast a mere 0.7 miles from the property.

For those who enjoy cooking, the apartment includes a well-equipped kitchen with modern utilities, such as a fridge/freezer, microwave, gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. Guests will benefit from amenities like free WiFi, gas central heating, and a heated towel rail in the bathroom.
