Upon entering the railway carriage, guests are greeted by a beautifully appointed double bed adorned with soft cotton linen at one end, while the other end boasts a pair of funky cinema chairs and a well-equipped kitchenette. The kitchenette comes complete with essential amenities including a sink, convection hob, fridge, pots, pans, and crockery, making it ideal for preparing simple meals. Adjacent to this space is an en-suite bathroom featuring a shower, wash basin, and WC, ensuring convenience and comfort during your stay. The carriage is fully insulated and equipped with an electric heater, making it a cozy getaway even in the colder months.

Outside, the charming gravelled courtyard is complemented by a firepit/barbecue and seating, providing a perfect setting for outdoor dining and gatherings. Guests can also enjoy the unique Hobbit House located in the garden, which serves as a barbecue hut with seating and a large barbecue, ideal for cooking and socializing in a snug atmosphere. However, it is important to note that the nearby pond is unfenced, so caution is advised if children are present.
