The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, Pelham itself boasts a unique & modern vibe whilst having all the comforts that make it a home away from home. The apartment forms the first-floor of a Victorian fronted terraced house; Pelham is made up of a modern living/dining/kitchen space with a smart TV, 1 doubled bedroom and a separate bathroom. The kitchen has brand new built in appliances & comes equipped with all the utensils required to make your stay homely.
Guests have the entire apartment to themselves for the duration of their stay.
Please note, this apartment is managed by my managing agents Air Home Lets. They are on hand 7 days a week between the hours of 09:00 - 21:00 should you have any questions. Air Home Lets will send all guests a digital Welcome Guide containing useful information not he property & the surrounding area, once booked.
The apartment is located in the hub of Kemptown, you’re a 5 minute walk to the famous Brighton coastline where you can take a nice stroll along the seafront towards Brighton Pier and be there within 20 minutes. You’re a 10 minute walk to Brighton Marina where you can find an array of restaurants, bars, shops, a cinema & other attractions.
Travelling by car: Due to the central location of the apartment there is no free parking with the property, if guests are travelling by car we suggest parking on nearby streets with free parking. There are some free roads near the property, Whitehawk Way and Manor Way/Place/Street where guests can park free of charge. Please always refer to nearby parking signs once parked to confirm where you have parked is free. Brighton Marina Car Park is within walking distance of the property, it is free to park here for 2 hours however charges apply after 2 hours.
Travelling by train: The property is 30 minute walk, 8 minute drive or 13 minute bus journey from Brighton Train Station.
Getting around Kemptown, Brighton & Hove:
There are ample busses only a 3-minute walk from the property that take you straight into the centre of Brighton: From the coast road, a 4-minute walk from the property, you can catch the 12, 12A, 14, 27 all into Brighton within 15 minutes. From Arundel Road, a 2-minute walk from the property, you can catch the 1, 1A and 7 all into Brighton within 15 minutes.
Due to the central location of the property you can travel by foot all around Brighton and Hove!
Please note, the apartment is located on the first floor, the property can only be accessed via stairs, there is no lift in the building.

Located near the beach, this apartment is in Kemptown, a neighborhood in Brighton. SEA LIFE Brighton and Brighton Pier are local attractions and those in the mood for shopping can visit Brighton Lanes and Churchill Square Shopping Centre. The "Doughnut and Adur Outdoor Activities Centre are also worth visiting.
