The Space:
A beautiful, stylish and spacious space. Luxury bathroom, modern and well equipped kitchen, fabulous furniture and a deliciously comfortable mattress all await you in the incredibly high-spec central apartment.

Guest Access:
Guests have full and exclusive use of the whole apartment and will not be disturbed during their stay. Guests may come and go as they please.

The Neighborhood:
This apartment is located in the heart of Cambridge, on Newnham Road and a stone's throw from the beautiful Mill Pond and world famous Fens, where wildlife peacefully graze and amenities abound! Next door to the apartment, over looking the Mill Pond, is the very popular and modern restaurant Millworks. The iconic riverside Granta pub is also just a few steps away.

Getting Around:
Getting around is exceptionally easy. You can walk almost everywhere you need to go to all of Cambridge's famous sites. Cambridge is also extremely well served by taxis and buses. There is a free parking space so if you choose to drive, you have the luxury of parking in central Cambridge.

Other Things to Note:
We do not allow parties, events or smoking in the flats. Rule breakers will be penalised financially and reported. The builidng has exterior CCTV. Parties or extra guests are not allowed.

Located on a lake, this apartment is in Cambridge City Centre, a neighborhood in Cambridge. Scott Polar Research Institute and Fitzwilliam Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Church of St Mary the Great and Bridge of Sighs. Christ's Fellows' Gardens and Sedgwick Museum of Geology are also worth visiting.
