Nearby amenities include the popular Start Bay Inn, known for its delicious seafood, and the Seabreeze café, a perfect spot for leisurely afternoons. Inside, Lower Reeds boasts a well-equipped kitchen featuring a ceramic hob, oven, grill, microwave, and fridge freezer, ensuring guests can prepare their own meals. The sitting room is furnished with a comfortable sofa and armchair, accompanied by modern entertainment options including a TV, BT YouView box, Blu Ray DVD player, and a stereo with an iPod/MP3 dock. The apartment also includes a rear double bedroom with a 4ft 6in bed and an en suite bathroom that features both a bath and shower. An additional put-you-up bed is available for extra guests if needed.
Outside, guests can enjoy a front terrace overlooking the seafront, complete with a picnic table for outdoor dining. The apartment provides off-road parking for one vehicle and includes essential amenities such as bed linen, towels (excluding beach towels), electricity, heating, a travel cot, and a high chair. Wi-Fi is available, shared between two apartments, and mobile reception is reported to be good. Pet owners will be pleased to know that two well-behaved dogs can stay for an additional charge, making Lower Reeds a versatile option for a memorable seaside escape.
