Guests should note that the communal wetroom and toilet facilities are situated 60 meters from the pod, and parking is also located at this distance. Due to restrictions on vehicle access to the grassy areas, visitors will need to transport their belongings and fishing gear from the carpark to the pod.

The pod offers a serene environment, allowing guests to unwind and enjoy the tranquil lakeside setting. While bedding is provided, visitors are encouraged to bring their own towels and toiletries, as there is no sink or water supply within the pod itself. A tap is conveniently located next to the communal wetroom, where guests can fill their water containers. The Lily Pad Pod is positioned at the end of the row of glamping pods, ensuring a peaceful and private experience.

Fishing enthusiasts will find the property particularly appealing, as the lake is well-stocked with a variety of fish, including carp weighing up to 36lbs, and some exceptionally large specimens reaching 74 and 86lbs. The site is exclusive to pod and cabin guests, as it does not permit day tickets, and is strictly for adults only, with no pets allowed. Guests are welcome to bring their own comfortable seating or utilize the benches available around the lake. Additionally, BBQs are permitted, provided they are kept away from the pods and grass, and communal BBQs are available for use with the requirement to bring charcoal.
