The room houses many books which the owner, a noted university professor and academic, invites guests to browse through. There is a dining zone suitable for leisurely meals or working from home. The semi-separate fully integrated kitchen has all the amenities needed for self-catering.
The good-size bedroom with double bed features a glass sliding door into the reception space which can be open or closed. There is plenty of built-in storage for guest use.
The family bathroom has a bathtub with overhead shower, wood panelling, large surround mirror, sink and WC.

This modern block is in a gated development in EC1 within the New River Conservation area. It is a few minutes walk to Angel underground station on the Northern line; King’s Cross for St Pancras International and Farringdon for the Hammersmith & City, Circle and Metropolitan lines. Additionally, there is the newly opened Elizabeth line straight into Tottenham Court Road and Bond Street to the west and Canary Wharf to the east.
Upper Street Islington with a wide selection of shops, boutiques, and cafes is a walk away. Here you can also find Almeida and King’s Head theatres and the Business Design Centre. For dance lovers Sadler’s Wells Theatre is at the back of the building.
