This hotel-style room features a comfy double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort, ensuring a restful night's sleep.

Chill and catch up on your favourite shows with the in-room TV. A kettle is available, allowing you to savour a hot beverage anytime.

The bathroom en-suite has a modern shower, a refreshing sink area with a mirror, and all the necessary toiletries for your convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The room is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

The famous Tayyabs restaurant is just a stone's throw away, offering mouth-watering dishes that will tantalize your taste buds. And if you're in the mood for a quick snack or takeaway, the Genesis Cinema is just around the corner, serving delicious treats that are perfect for any occasion.

## Notes

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).

Located in London, this apartment is in the city center. Oxford Street and Covent Garden Market are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Hyde Park and Finsbury Park. Looking to enjoy an event or a game? See what's going on at ExCeL Exhibition Centre or O2 Arena. Explore all the area has to offer with cycling and hiking/biking trails.
