Edinburgh Waverley station is only a 13 minutes walk away, making this the perfect base to explore the city.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest tram stop, St Andrew Square, is just a 15-minute walk.

Edinburgh Airport is a 30-minute drive from the property.

## Notes

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of GBP 30, and after midnight is GBP 50. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe :)

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a GBP 300 smoking fee at a minimum.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).

Located in Edinburgh, this apartment is in the city center. Edinburgh Castle and Royal Mile are notable landmarks and Edinburgh Zoo is a popular area attraction. Royal Botanic Garden and Camera Obscura and World of Illusions are also worth visiting. Be sure not to miss outdoor adventures like hiking and cycling.
