This charming apartment is located near the renowned Notting Hill area and other famous attractions such as the Portobello Road Market!

In the living room, you'll find a comfortable set of sofas and chairs, a fireplace, a dining table for four and a TV where you can stream your favourite shows.

This apartment is south-facing and enjoys just enough sun to keep the apartment well-lit and cosy.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook a delicious meal.

The bedroom has a queen-sized bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens. It also comes with an ensuite. The ensuite has all the amenities you'll need to freshen up, such as a bathtub, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.

The home is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your safety.

## Neighborhood

A great neighbourhood, with plenty of restaurants and cafes in the area!

Fun and lively, you'll find there is always something to do around these parts. Portobello Road is just around the corner, the market is open on most days, but the main trading days are Saturdays. So head over then and enjoy little stores selling anything from clothes to antiques and strange ancient things (bric-a-brac). Just off Portobello Road is Goldbourne Road (500m from home). Here, you'll find an array of food options and many with great value. There are also wonderful little antique shops here.

## Transit

The apartment can be easily accessed by car or public transport.

The nearest train station is Ladbroke Grove (Line: Circle, Hammersmith & City) - just 5 minute's walk from the apartment.

The nearest bus stop is Chesterton Road (Stop C) - just a minute away on foot.

Heathrow Airport is a 36-minute drive from the property.

## Notes

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).

Located in London, this apartment is in the city center. Natural History Museum and The British Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's notable landmarks include Marble Arch and Buckingham Palace. Looking to enjoy an event or a game? See what's going on at Wembley Stadium or ExCeL Exhibition Centre. Be sure not to miss outdoor adventures like cycling and hiking.
