The living room is elegantly furnished and well-kept, with a sitting area, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows, and a dining table big enough for four. It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group.
The open-plan kitchen includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and cutleries to fulfil any culinary requirement. Plus, there is a washer available for your laundry needs.
The bedroom contains a comfy double-size bed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep and multiple storage spaces.
The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety.

Quiet, tree-lined residential streets feature Italianate villas and grand Georgian homes; many converted into flats.

## Notes
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
The property is not children-friendly.
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
Located in London, this apartment is in the city center. The British Museum and St. Paul's Cathedral are notable landmarks, and travelers looking to shop may want to visit Oxford Street and Covent Garden Market. London Eye and Natural History Museum are not to be missed. Be sure not to miss outdoor adventures like hiking and cycling.
Self-catering cottage holidays in the UK and Ireland can still be a green option. You can have the comforts of home and the flexibility to do what you want; when you want - without the hassles of air travel!
