The open plan living space comprises a modern fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals at home, a dining table, snug sofa and a smart TV. There is high speed broadband throughout. The bright and spacious double bedroom features plenty of storage space for clothes, a large window and a comfortable bed with crisp hotel linen. The modern bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink as well as complimentary toiletries with fluffy towels for your use.

Guests have sole access to the apartment.

Located on a quiet street just a short stroll from Barnsley town centre you will be within easy reach of everything you could need. Alhambra Shopping centre is just a 5 minute walk, home to high street brands and a choice of bars and restaurants. Barnsley train station is just 15 minutes walk away. There is also a large Morrisions supermarket just 5 minutes walk away.

Getting Around:
Being so centrally located, most of Barnsley is easilly accessible on foot. There are a number of busses servicing the nearby main road, and Barnsley train station is just a 15 minute walk or short taxi ride away

Other Things to Note:
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics that you will need during your stay, just bare in mind it is kitted for 2 people.

If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee.

Late check-in fees:
· For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00 : £50.
· For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00 : £75.

· We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.
· No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.
