The larger property, Remaotel - Seafield Court, is a historical building surrounded by expansive grounds and a sizable garden, featuring private onsite parking for up to 15 cars. This building houses 13 apartments, six of which have been fully refurbished to a high standard in 2021, while the remaining seven are still undergoing renovations.

The apartments within Seafield Court are spread over three floors, offering various configurations including studios that sleep two, one-bedroom apartments for three, and two-bedroom apartments that accommodate five guests. This versatility makes the building suitable for families, weddings, conferences, and corporate gatherings, as well as teams of contractors and engineers needing short-term housing in the area. Its central location provides easy access to the seafront and local amenities, enhancing the convenience for guests.
