Marvel at Cautley Spot, England s highest waterfall, on your way to the Calf (both 4 miles) which is the highest top in the Howgills. But if you d prefer a more level walk, the Dales Way passes through the town; stroll along the River Rawthey to the Pepperpot (1 mile) and beyond. Plan enough time to wander the streets of Sedburgh, known as England s Book Town, and visit the many book shops to find a treasure to take home. Further afield, White Scar Cave (18.5 miles) is not to be missed, and neither is Windermere (19.5 miles) to take in the stunning lakeside scenery. Head into the apartment building through the shared entrance and climb the stairs to the front door. Ascend another staircase to the second floor where you re greeted with a stunning double height open plan living area with exposed beams, wooden floors and fantastic views. Snuggle up on the sofa in front of the TV or with a good book or prepare meals together in the modern kitchen. It has a contemporary feel, and you ll find an electric oven with induction hobs, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. There s plenty of space at the dining table to enjoy your evening meals at. Off the living area, you ll find the wonderful king size bedroom. There s above bed storage and lots of hanging space in this bright and airy room, and even a window seat to take in the views. The compact shower room is perfect for an invigorating shower room to start your day and there s lots of space for your things. From the living area, there s a steep loft style ladder that leads up to the mezzanine level. There s a glass door that separates it from the main living space, so it s a perfect spot to escape to when you need some quiet time. Due to its central location, there is no garden with the property. On road parking can be found nearby away on neighbouring roads or in the pay and display car park close by.
