CROYDE BROADLANDS OVERVIEW BROADLANDS, situated close to the centre of Croyde village, is a spacious and very beautifully presented property. This is the ideal holiday home for a large party or several families and renovated to the highest standard. The golden sands of Croyde beach is within walking distance with excellent local pubs & restaurants on your doorstep! This superb accommodation offers SIX bedrooms and sleeps up to 12. The accommodation is of a high standard throughout and will ensure a very comfortable stay.
LIVING AREAS The sitting/dining room is a large, bright family friendly room with cream and brown sofas. Entertainment is provided by a television unit with large screen television including full SKY package, DVD/CD player as well as a children's toy box with a variety of games and toys. Doors lead from this room on to the sun-trapped decked area outdoors. An alternate set of doors lead to bedroom 6. KITCHEN The well-appointed kitchen with snug breakfast table is equipped with everything you would need for a comfortable stay including an electric hob and oven, extractor hood, a large fridge and additional fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, iron, ironing board and a 4-slice toaster. There is a separate laundry room with a washing machine, clothes drier and dishwasher, with additional space for coats and wellies, etc. BEDROOMS Staircase leads to 3 bedrooms: Bedroom 1: Master bedroom & En Suite with king-sized double bed and travel cot, with country and sea views. Bedroom 2: Twin bedroom with ocean views. Bedroom 3: Bunk bedroom with garden views. Downstairs access to 3 bedrooms: Bedroom 4: Double Bed with Bunk above leading off the entrance hall Bedroom 5: Super-king sized bed with views overlooking the garden and is next to downstairs family bathroom.
