Nottingham is historic city which is most famous for the legend of Robin Hood. In December 2015, the city joined the Unesco list of so called Cities of Literature as one of the handful cities being part of the list - Dublin, Edinburgh, Melbourne and Prague. The tittle reflects Nottingham's literary heritage, with Lord Byron, D. H. Lawrence and Alan Sillitoe having links to the city, as well as a contemporary literary community, a publishing industry and a poetry scene.

The room comes with a single bed, a seating area and a wardrobe. The shared bathroom and kitchen are nice and comfortable. The bathroom comes with a shower. The kitchen is well-equipped with amenities.

Before you book, I would need to inform you that checking-out outside the standard time (10:00 AM) is subject to availability and additional fees might apply:
- check out between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM = £40.00
- check-out between 12:00 PM and 14:00 PM = £60.00

This is a unit in a student accommodation building. The collected cleaning fee is for the initial cleaning prior to your arrival. Any additional cleanings are subject to confirm. If a key is lost, it will take our team a couple of hours to come to the location and additional charges will apply. All your possessions should be removed from the apartment on the date of departure. We will use reasonable endeavours to retain any lost items for up to 1 month after your departure date. You must not use any candles, incense sticks and oil burners in the property.

I know we all want to be punctual and do not want to be late, therefore please be informed that if you are running late for your check-in time (more than 45 mins), I might need to reschedule the hour based on my availability and an additional fee of £20.00 will apply.

**Please note that there is no air conditioning available in the room.

Please understand that although this is a private room, you do have neighbours, so please show respect by limiting noise, especially when arriving and leaving the building.

This apartment is located in Nottingham. Nottingham Medieval Banquets and National Ice Centre are local attractions and those in the mood for shopping can visit Broadmarsh Shopping Center and Westfield Broadmarsh Shopping Centre. Ten Pin Bowling and Nottingham Greyhound Stadium are also worth visiting.
